22. On each of the eight days of Chanukah, we recite the complete "Hallel." The "Tachanun" prayers and the prayers "E-L erech apayim," "Lam'natzeach," and "Tzidkos'choh Tzedek" should be omitted.

23. Each day, three men are called up to the Torah, and [we] read the description of the offerings brought by the princes ("Nesi'im" - heads of the tribes) [at the dedication of the Sanctuary] in Parashas "Naso."

On the first day, the reading [when] the Kohen [is called up] begins: "Vayehi b'yom kalos" (Numbers 7:1) and concludes "la'chanukas hamizbe'ach." The reading of the Levi begins: "Vayehi hamakriv bayom horishon" and concludes "m'le'oh k'tores." The reading for the Yisrael begins: "Par echod" and concludes "ben Aminodov."

On the second day, the entire passage beginning "Bayom hasheni" ("on the second day") is read for the Kohen and [again] for the Levi, and the entire passage beginning "Bayom hash'lishi" ("On the third day") is read for the Yisrael. Similarly, on the subsequent days, the passage connected with that day is read for the Kohen and the Levi, and the passage associated with the following day is read for the Yisrael.

On the eighth day, the entire passage beginning "Bayom hashemini" ("On the eighth day") is read for the Kohen and the Levi. The reading for the Yisrael begins "Bayom hat'shi'i." The entire passage is read, and the reading is continued into the first portion of Parashas "Beha'aloscho" until "keyn osoh es hamenoroh" (Numbers 8:4).
