Mrs. Leah Kohn
Jewish Renaissance Center (JRC), New York City
This class addresses a broad range of topics on women and Jewish
spirituality, law and philosophy, with special attention given to the many
ways in which Judaism speaks to women, even (or especially) in modern
times. The course material is geared for students at all levels of Jewish
education and observance, but with a special emphasis on keeping all
classes accessible and friendly to beginners. The subjects covered will
include equality between men and women in Judaism, faith, prayer,
relationships, and feminine intuition.
