Chocolate Cake

3 cups - Flour
2 cups - Sugar
6 Tbs. - Cocoa
1 tsp. - Salt
2 tsp. - Baking powder
1.5 cups - Oil
2 tsp. - Vinegar
2 tsp. - Vanilla essence
1 cup - Water with 2 tsp. coffee


Put all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix by hand. Make a well.
Put all wet ingredients in the well, put ur 2 tsp of coffee in a drop of hot water till dissolved, then add the rest with cold water so u will end up with 1 cup of brown water.

Put in a pan and bake for 35 minutes. Check with toothpick to see if fully baked. The toothpick should be dry.
