Baked Apples

Source: Faygie B. and Malkie S.



Peel and core large baking apples.

Roll each apple in a thin coating of oil OR (my preference) Passover raspberry syrup. Coat apples completely, then roll in ground nuts.

Bake apples at 375 for 45 minutes or until tender. Serve warm or cold. this tastes almost like cake!
