Chocolate Cake

9 - Eggs, seperated
1 1/2 cups - Sugar
1 cup - Oil
2 Tbs. - vanilla sugar
1/2 cup - Cocoa
7/8 cup - Potato starch
1/3 cup - Hot water with 1 Tbs. coffee
pinch - Salt
1 tsp. - baking soda

Mix all ingredients and pour into a 9"x13" pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350.
