Cucumber Salad



Ingredients:
4 large cucumbers
1 large purple onion
juice of 1 lemon
1 1/2 cup water

Slice cucumbers and onion thinly. Place in a deep dish.
Boil juice and water together. Pour over cucumers and onions. Chill, and serve.
