8 - Matzos
2 cups - Sugar
6 - Eggs
1/2 lb - Butter
12 oz - Chocolate melted
cream margarine and sugar. Add yolks and beat. Add chocolate.
Stiffly beat egg whites and fold into yolk mixture.
Dip matzas 1 at a time into wine, but do not soak. Place matzas on a plate one at a time and cover with chocolate. Cover top and sides with remaining chocolate,
garnish with sliced strawberries.
