Spinach Latkes
|
10 oz - frozen Spinach - defrosted strained
3 - Eggs, beaten
6 Tbsp. - Matza meal
Salt and pepper
3 Tbsp. - Onion, grated
Oil for frying
Mix all ingredients together. Let sit 10 minutes. Form into patties and fry.
