Kiddush on Yom Kippur?

In TF V2#84 A.B. posted a question regarding Kiddush on Yom Kippur for
someone who is eating on that day. Rabbi Shneur Zalmen of Liadi in the Rav's
Shulchan Oruch (618) writes that Kiddush is not said at all on Yom Kippur.
Even though there are opinions that require Kiddush if Yom Kippur occurs on
Shabbos, the Kaf HaChayim states that Kiddush is not said even when Yom
Kippur falls on Shabbos. But yes, Yaale V'Yovo [the additional paragraph
for festivals] is added to the Bircas HaMozon [grace after meals] as
mentioned by Zvi Halevy in TF V2#89.
