By the way, there are more (a heck of a lot more) kosher birds than
non-kosher birds. That's why the Torah takes the shorter route and mention
the ones that are not kosher. The rest are kosher. So all we have left to
do, is figure out which are the ones that the Torah calls non-kosher. But
I guess that we have no way to find out until Moshiach show up.
