In a previous discussion about sick people eating on Yom Kippur, it was
mentioned that one must include Yaale V'Yovo (the special insertion for
festivals) in the Benching (grace after meals).

But, if Ya'aleh v'Yavo is said, then the Harachamon that is stated for Rosh
HaShana, "...hu yechadesh es hashanah hazos..." (may He renew this year for
us) is also said since alot of people say it during the entire Aseres yemay
Teshuvah( 10 days of repentence between Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur).
