Yes! Well, almost.

Let me take this opportunity to share with those who may not know, two
excellent web sites. One of them is at:
http://www.havienu.org/resrcs/hebcal.html

This site let's you 'design' your own Hebrew calendar -- you can specify
whether or not to show holidays, readings, etc, as well as the city for
candlelighting times. Madras is not one of them, although Bangkok is listed.

The other site is http://tycho.usno.navy.mil/srss.html -- computation of
Sunrise/Sunset times for any city in the US, *or* any place in the world
provided you know the latitude and longitude. Take the time, adjust 18
minutes (or 42 minutes, or whatever your need and minhag are), and you're in
business.
