Is there anything in Jewish Law such as Halacha or in the Tora which
prohibits building of communal property on old disused abandoned Jewish
cemeteries. 60% of all surviving Jewish cemeteries in Poland do not even
have any tombstones and if restitution is successful, this land could be
put to other use by the local Jewish community. Please tell me as soon as
possible of any clause, custom that would forbid this. It would be helpful
if you could be precise e.g Halacha Simon 23 or whatever.
