The Lubavitcher Rebbe has spoken on numerous occasions about the special
qualities and uniqueness of women. There are a number of books published by
Lubavitch and Sichos in English that can give you much source material. One
book that comes to mind is Woman of Valor. Nshei Ubnos Chabad, the women's
arm of Lubavitch can also help you. boomI don't have a copy on hand but I
think that Rabbi Simon Jacobson in his book "Towards a more meaningful Life"
which is adapted from the talks of the Lubavitcher Rebbe has a section about
women.
