I beg to differ with the statement of Shaya Goldmeier in TF#63 where he
writes that women wearing pants has NEVER been forbidden because of Beged
Ish, wearing a man's clothing. He continues that Beged Ish applies to
Tallis/Tfillin and war weapons.

There is a complete Siman (Section) in Shulchan Oruch Yoreh Deah (182) that
discusses the prohibition of Beged Ish which includes morte than just the
above. It also includes hair styles, jewelry,etc. The Shach and Taz
elaborate and discuss also CLOTHING, not pants in particular, but do say
that clothing is
including in the prohibition, not as S.G. claims "There is never mention of
any type of clothing..."
