The placing of a dash in the word implies that the word is holy.
However, I believe that for Xstians the word and "J." or "C." are freely
interchangeable and mean the same thing. By placing the dash we imply
that we are giving credence to the beliefs of another faith. So with
all due respect to the Ahronim I feel that the word should be written
in full or more preferably Hashem should be used. By using the word
Hashem there can be no debate as to what is correct.
