Women praying with a minyan

I have read in other posts about the value of praying in a minyan for men,
but is there any value in it for women? Since women are not counted in an
(Orthodox) minyan, is there any reason for a woman to exert herself to go to
shul and pray with a minyan? (I'm talking weekday, not shabbat, since
everyone should be coming on shabbat.) Does she get equal merit/benefit
from praying alone, or does she get "something extra" from praying with a
minyan of 10 men? I've always been curious about this.
