Many knowledgable people are reluctant to publish such lists of what
does not need a hecksher, because what is true today may not be true
tomorrow. Food technologists are ingenious in how they modify products
to make them better (ie. longer shelf life, cheaper to produce, new
products etc.) Stay tuned next Pesach to skim milk that is chumatzdick,
using oatrum made from oats. In addition, added ingredients that are
considered processing aids do not need to be listed on a product
label.
