The greater a person's consciousness of his relationship with G-d, the
less his sense of self-importance. Thus, to a truly G-d-fearing person,
perceived class distinctions are negligible. Man's recognition of his
infinitesimalness [sp] before G-d on the one hand, and his worth as a
creation of G-d on the other, should render any perceived class
distinctions devoid of significance in terms of an individual's self-image.
