Jonathan Katz asks who did the sons of Adam and Chava marry?

Rashi states that when the children of Adam and Chava were born, they were
born as twins - one male and one female. The Talmud in Tractate Sanhedrin
58/2 states clearly that it was the practice then to marry the twin sister.
