1.you can't have poultry with milk (which they did)
or
2.you can't have poultry with meat
because (sub in that Gemara logic high school Rebbe voice) if they didn't
make the FIRST gezera (enactment), how could one butcher, slaughtering
company, whatever, slaughter both meat and poultry? The poultry might be
eaten at a milchige (dairy) meal!!!! And the second takana wouldn't make
sense, because poultry can look like meat. (Class dismissed.)
