Asret Hadibrot (Ten Commandments)

I wanted to ask if there is a significant difference between the "aseret
hadibrot" in parashat "Yitro" and those in parashat "Va'etchanan". I didn't
find any commentator who discusses it. In "yitro" it is written "lo tirzach lo
tin'af lo tignov..." (don't murder, don't commit adultery, don't kidnap)
and in "va'etchanan" the same words are written but
with the letter "vav" (that means in Hebrew "and") - "lo tirzach VE'lo tin'af
VE'lo tignov ..." so that the meaning is different than in "yitro". If
anyone has a good explanation for this difference, I'll be happy to hear.
