I recently heard someone say that upon seeing a rainbow, one should be
overcome with fear, since it represents Hashem's anger. I also heard
someone say that if one sees a rainbow, he should not even point it out to
someone else, because it is a sign for him. Could anyone elaborate on this,
or explain what, how, etc. Or if anyone has anything to disagree, could you
help me?
