How did Moses receive the written Torah?
There is a difference of opinion in the Talmud (Gitin 60a) as to whether Moses was given the whole Torah at Sinai (but revealed it a little at a time as the events happened), or whether it was given to him in sections. There's another difference of opinion (Bava Basra 14b) as to whether Moses' Torah included the last eight verses (which tell about his death), or whether Joshua wrote them.
