commentsThankyou, Sam Jaffe, for sharing that beautiful story, and letting us know that another of us puts his trust in G-d. Now maybe, as more personal stories are told, more of our confused children will know that most of us do believe in our Creator, and all the fuss in the schools about religion is really in the minds of a few who are making their will felt, not His. Abba is so "REAL" and this proves who He is...it is not an accident...that He allowed Sam Jaffe to continue to exist in this world with "the enemy" trying so hard to wipe out "G-d's people...He never slumber or sleeps...but He allowed Sam to sleep..because He has something very special for Sam and his family to do...I want to bless Hashem for saving Sam's life...

God Bless you and your family. Please receive our deepest sentiment of grief for the tragedy America is facing. May God give all of you the strength to overcome these difficult moments with the hope that the light will shine again in the world. Shana Tova.

Our hearts go out to you Sam Jaffe. We also want a freedom in this and all countries from terrorism and people who want to control us in every way. It is difficult to be willing to inflict pain or death on others, but to protect our families and country we will have to become firm and do what is necessary.

Dear Mr. Jaffe, You were correct about you being in G-D's Plan as I have had similar exoeriences where I was spared to live while others did not. At first, there is the guilt complex and then the wonderment of why am I special complex. Finally you settle into the reality that G-D Has a Plan and we shouldn't question it ,just live a good life .This way we might accomplish what He Had Meant our life to Be.

Heart touching story, no-one will ever know when our time is up, or when we are going to be called "BACK" This story tells the hows, not the whys of America. This is the time to reflect on who we are.

Sounds as though you've cheated death, again. I don't believe in coincidence. God has a purpose for your life, you need to ask Him what it is and take a time of silence to listen for and expect an answer. God still talks to us, it's just that most people don't expect to hear from him, and don't take the time to listen. Don't worry whether or not what you've heard is from God. If God talks to you- you'll know. May God continue to bless you and give you peace, Marlene

Sam, I thank Y--weh that He allowed you to hit your snooze button. I do not know you and you do not know me, but I am glad to hear of those who should have been there, but for whatever reason, were not. I am a strong supporter of Israel and have emailed President Bush recently about the tone that his administration had been using to Israel about taking actions against terrorism. I asked him what he would do if an event happened like the one Tuesday; would he respond with restraint or would he take decisive action. I am a Christian who Strongly Supports Israel and Her right to exist and defend Herself. Again, thanks to our God for not being there.

Sam: Your story is inspiring. No doubt G-d is protecting you for some reason. Look to Him for your divine destiny...M.Redman

Boruch Hashem that you are still alive and well. I wish my husband could say the same for 3 work colleagues he knew very well whom he has been speaking to and working with for years transatlantically from London UK. We feel your pain fully and are in total shock and outrage. Wishing you and your family a happy, healthy and safe New Year

The date 9.11.01 when reversed 11.9 38 is the date of Kristalnacht the beginning of the holocaust. The difference is this happend 63 years later. Again 6 + 3 = 9. Reverse 63 and you get 36 which is two times chai. A coincidence?

Yes, I believe G-d has something for you to do or give. I believe what is meant to be will be, no matter what happens it happens for a reason. We sometimes don't understand what that reason may be. Yvette
